The early morning sun rises with the tides

Inside is the evidence of His glory,

The seal of His majesty,

The manifestation of His Love and power,

For us, His children, fallible man, unworthy,

Yet we receive this heavenly indulgence,

The gift of being witness to His omnipresence,

And the power of His omnipotence.

The sands have absorbed the coolness of night

Our souls respond to His calling of one more day, one more time.

His canvas, everchanging, a perfect reflection of His goodness.

The skies become alive with the songs of flight.

The waters seem to crave a touch of our senses,

An acknowledgement of all it contains.

Its depth so deep, un-seeable, indescribable,

The past homes of beings we cannot see

Wash upon the shoreline waiting to be claimed

In a sudden transformation of what it used to be.

Each appear as the other, one of the same,

But close inspection reveals its distinctiveness.

Some remain perfect is its form, others broken,

From the shifting of the tides, a torrent we cannot fathom.

Each hides its own shift beneath the waters

Never knowing where it will come to rest.

Each break revealing a path once beaten,

Not one will go unnoticed or unknown to its Creator.
